John's legal status in Thailand is that of a "Sole Proprietor" registered under the US-Thai Treaty of Amity. His background includes the position of Director of Recruiting and Training which began in the US in the 1990’s.  Experience as a hiring manager for a large tele-sales center has given him insights to in-house recruiting as well as being an author of training curriculum.

His extensive network in Thailand dates back ten years and includes professional relationships with several top Thai Universities including Sasin Institute of Business Administration of Chulalongkorn University.  John’s extensive training background combined with his position as a Director in a large American corporation lends to his expertise in building lasting client relationships.

His professional background includes recruiting, hiring, training, and motivating people to reach higher levels of achievement in the following areas:

John’s experience includes creating, implementingand teaching a variety of training curriculum.  His sales experience has taken him from an entry level telesales representative, through sales management, to the position of Director of Recruiting and Training. Working with 13 sales managers in a 150 seat telesales department, John designed and implemented a sales and computer software training program which included a comprehensive video and study guide.
